Return Policies:

All bicycle sales are final and non-refundable, though a bicycle may be exchanged at our discretion for another bike of equal or greater value within 48 hours of the original purchase. The bicycle must be in new condition, with no signs of use or wear. All other products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in unused and in resalable condition with the original packaging intact. Products with damaged or missing packaging are nonrefundable.

Repair Policies:

Any repair left longer than 14 days after the original service ticket is issued may be subject to a $3/day storage fee. Any repair left more than 30 days after the original service ticket is issued will be either donated to a charity of our choice or sold to recoup the price of the repair at our discretion.

Blue Line Bicycles will dispose of all bicycle parts that are replaced during the course of a repair unless the customer specifies that specific parts are to be saved at the time the bicycle is dropped off for service.
