Blue LIne Bike Lab Store Policies
We try to be fairly casual around here when it comes to making policies, but there's a few things that we've found over the years that tend to be good to have in writing. None of these are meant to be punitive, and we feel like we've worked hard to make the way that we do business fair for everyone. With no further adieu, here's our store policies:
All complete bicycle sales are final and non-refundable. A new bicycle in unused showroom condition may be exchanged for another bike of equal or greater value within 24 hours of the original purchase at our discretion.
Tools and helmets can not be returned or exchanged.
All other products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if the product is still in new and unused condition with the original packaging undamaged and intact. Used products or products without their original intact packaging are not eligible for a return or exchange.
We no longer offer a layaway program. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Special Order Policy
We require a minimum down payment of half of the total balance on any special order bicycle or product. All special order deposits are non-refundable.
The prices on our products are non-negotiable. We do not operate on the sames sales model as a used car lot, and our profit margins are already calculated out to be fair for our clients and our own business, so we do not haggle, price match, or discount products. We do not offer any kind of discount to any member of any group. We feel like this is the fair and honest way to do business, and our customers should never feel like they may not have received the same deal that somebody else did.
